ABOUT THE LEAGUE

High Springs 4on4 is a family oriented Flag Football league where people of all ages can come out and play football! High Springs 4on4 is located in High Springs, Fl and the league is operated at the High Springs Recreational Complex (BMX Track/Civic Center). High Springs 4on4 was formed by owner/operator Joe Tillman who has played competitive Flag Football at the highest levels since 2007. High Springs 4on4 was inspired by 4on4OfJax which is operated out of Jacksonville, Fl. 

Wins and losses will be recorded for each team as well as “player stats” (Points scored, interceptions, sacks, QB Rating, receptions). At the conclusion of each season a Playoff tournament will be held and a champion will be crowned. Each champion will receive Championship T-shirts, trophy’s, medals, gift cards and a FREE entry registration for the following season! 

Concessions will run by Summer Tillman and will be available for players and player’s families!
